Hi,

Sorry to bother you with all my questions, but I hope that you can help me with
this one on fMRI dense connectomes.

As of my understanding the fMRI is a time-series of image files. However, when
I use the HCP workbench tool function "cifti-correlation" I end up with a
single dense connectome file which shows the changes in the brain over the
entire scan time.

Is it possible to change the time granularity in order to generate multiple
dense connectomes that show the changes in the brain? For example I'd like to
get a dense connectome file for fMRI images T1 - T10, T11 - T20 and so on.

I've found the function "-cifti-create-dense-timeseries", but I'm not quite
sure if and how I could use it for this purpose.

I hope my question makes sense and thanks again for your great support,
Jürgen
