Is it possible that you need to update to the latest version of Connectome Workbench? What release version is this data (i.e. Q3?, 500 subjects, etc?).

I want to read the pe1.dtseries.nii from the folder 'GrayordinatesStats' of the task. I used Matt's Matlab file ciftiopen, but the following showed up:ERROR, Command Failed: Error reading file "pe1.dtseries.nii": XML error: Cifti XML Header missing number of matrices.
Could you please help me with that?
