Hi Frank, Yes, the S/I labels for that subject are somehow incorrect in the "raw" data, which corrupts the downstream processing. We noticed the issue previously, but haven't captured this in our "Issues Tracker" wiki page yet. We will get that information up on that page soon.
We will look into fixing the issue, but for now, please just exclude that subject's dMRI data from your analyses. thanks, -MH -- Michael Harms, Ph.D. ----------------------------------------------------------- Conte Center for the Neuroscience of Mental Disorders Washington University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry, Box 8134 660 South Euclid Ave. Tel: 314-747-6173 St. Louis, MO 63110 Email: [email protected] On 9/21/14 8:50 AM, "Fang-Cheng Yeh" <[email protected]> wrote: >Dear HCP experts, > > I did a fast quality check on the diffusion data of the recent >500 subject release and found that the data.nii.gz file of the subject >173132 are corrupted.
