Thank you for the prompt answer.I have downloaded "Q1" data and within my data there are three kinds of rfmri data:
3T_rfMRI_REST_preproc
3T_rfMRI_REST_fix
3T_rfMRI_REST_fixextended
I would be more than grateful if you could tell me which one is considered as "FIX
cleaned data".
Best,
Mahsa

The FIX cleaned data have a very gentle high pass filter that mainly removes linear trends, 24 motion parameters regressed, and noise ICA components (classified by FIX) regressed. The minimally preprocessed data do not have any of these.
Peace,
Matt.

Hi
I searched the whole page of HCP but could not find any answers.
Could any one please tell me whether preprocessing steps for rest fmri data include "filtering, removing linear trend and regressing out nuisance" or not?
Many thanks in advance.
Best,
Mahsa
