Once you are satisfied with a run having completed successfully and
registered properly, you can delete the
${StudyFolder}/${Subject}/${fMRIName} folder which contains only
intermediate files.

We're processing some resting state data from our Skyra, about 900 volumes
and 1GB in size. Once processed through the fMRI HCP pipeline, each analysis
grows to around 24GB. In an effort to save space, are there any files we can
delete once processing is complete?
