This is related to my question yesterday about what files can be deleted after an analysis is complete... is there a description available of what the resulting files are? I see in the reference manual a very short description of the contents of the directories, and the appendix III has some more detailed listings of the files but not descriptions of what the files actually are.
Specifically, in the T1w directory, what are these files? ribbon.nii.gz T1w1_gdc.nii.gz T1w_acpc_brain_mask.nii.gz T1w_acpc_brain.nii.gz T1w_acpc_dc_brain.nii.gz T1w_acpc_dc.nii.gz T1w_acpc_dc_restore_1mm.nii.gz T1w_acpc_dc_restore_brain_1mm.nii.gz T1w_acpc_dc_restore_brain.nii.gz T1w_acpc_dc_restore.nii.gz T1w_acpc.nii.gz T1wDividedByT2w.nii.gz T1wDividedByT2w_ribbon.nii.gz T1w.nii.gz T2w_acpc_dc.nii.gz T2w_acpc_dc_restore_brain.nii.gz T2w_acpc_dc_restore.nii.gz And in the MNINonLinear/Results/task directory, what are those files? resting_Atlas.dtseries.nii resting_AtlasSubcortical_s2.nii.gz resting_Jacobian.nii.gz resting.L.atlasroi.32k_fs_LR.func.gii resting.L.native.func.gii resting.nii.gz resting.R.atlasroi.32k_fs_LR.func.gii resting.R.native.func.gii resting_s2.atlasroi.L.32k_fs_LR.func.gii resting_s2.atlasroi.R.32k_fs_LR.func.gii resting_SBRef.nii.gz Over time, I hope to understand what all the files are, but for now I'm interested to know: - What is the processed 4D timeseries file that can be used later on to calculate stats - What is 3D processed T1 image on which all the parcellations and mappings were based. Thanks! -Greg _________________________________________________ Gregory Book Senior Technology Manager Olin Neuropsychiatry Research Center, Institute of Living, Hartford Hospital 200 Retreat Avenue Hartford, CT 06106 Tel: 860-545-7267 Fax: 860-545-7797 [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> http://nidb.sourceforge.net This e-mail message, including any attachments, is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s) and may contain confidential and privileged information.
