Dear all,

My question concerns the group-average task data from 100 unrelated subjects,
contained in HCP_Q1-Q6_U100_tfMRI_ALLTASKS_level3_zstat1_hp200_s2.dscalar.nii

I understand that this is a cifti file containing data from all tasks. I'm able
to visualize this data in workbench, but I would like to extract/export data
from particular tasks (specifically motor tasks) for use in other software.

Is there a wb_command that can be used to extract specific task maps, or an
option in the workbench GUI to export the individual maps?

Alternatively, how can I find out which component of the cifti file corresponds
to the task I'm interested in? I'm able to open the cifti file in matlab using
ciftiopen.m, which returns a 91282x86 matrix, where the second dimension
presumably corresponds to 86 task maps. Is there a command to read the header
information of the cifti file to find the index of specific tasks?

Many thanks!

Estrid
