Subject: [HCP-Users] Question about libnetcdf.so.6

Hello,

I've been running/testing the pipeline on an HPC cluster running CentOS6,
and recently we updated to the public release of the Pipelines, and added
FreeSurfer 5.3.0-HCP to the pipeline scripts. However, when the
FreeSurferPipeline runs, the new mris_make_surfaces is now getting an error:

mris_make_surfaces: error while loading shared libraries: libnetcdf.so.6:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This seems to only be a problem after changing to the dev mris_make_surfaces
binary in the HCP Freesurfer package.

Has anyone else run into this or found a resolution?

Thanks,

-Matt
