However, when the FreeSurferPipeline runs, the new mris_make_surfaces is now getting an error: mris_make_surfaces: error while loading shared libraries: libnetcdf.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory This seems to only be a problem after changing to the dev mris_make_surfaces binary in the HCP Freesurfer package. Has anyone else run into this or found a resolution?
