Hello Duncan, The HCP E-Prime scripts are available under licensing terms that should allow use for your research. Please review the terms in the README document included in the download. You can download all of the HCP E-Prime scripts at: https://db.humanconnectome.org/app/action/ChooseDownloadResources?project=HCP_Resources&resource=Scripts&filePath=HCP_TFMRI_scripts.zip
You will need to have a ConnectomeDB account, agree to the Open Access agreement, and will need to install the Aspera client to do this download. Also, you will need to have E-Prime 2.0 Professional and a dual monitor setup to use the scripts as they are. You may need to edit the scripts to suit your own purposes. At this point, HCP does not have an E-Prime programmer who is able to make custom edits for external users.
