Hello Behnaz, SumsDB contains a Conte69 archive that includes cerebellar surfaces and associated data (e.g., a label file containing a map of cerebellar lobules). It is based on the individual ‘colin’ cerebellar atlas (Van Essen, 2002; http://brainvis.wustl.edu/resources/VE_ANYAS02.pdf)
Go to http://sumsdb.wustl.edu/sums/archivelist.do?archive_id=8293514&archive_name=Conte69_atlas-v2.LR.32k_fs_LR.wb.zip and download the entire archive or just the cerebellar data: colin.cerebellum.very-inflated.native_cbllm.surf.gii ACTIVE 2012-05-20 vanessen 4310538 colin.cerebellum.native_cbllm.shape.gii ACTIVE 2012-05-20 vanessen 2425177 colin.cerebellum.lobules.native_cbllm.label.gii ACTIVE 2012-05-20 vanessen 106600 colin.cerebellum.inflated.native_cbllm.surf.gii ACTIVE 2012-05-20 vanessen 4306192 colin.cerebellum.fMRI-activations.native.func.gii ACTIVE 2012-05-20 vanessen 2045216 colin.cerebellum.anatomical_MNI.native_cbllm.surf.gii ACTIVE 2012-05-20 vanessen 4303718 I think that Joern Diedrichsen has also generated cerebellar atlas data that you might find useful, but I don’t know the reference or link.
