Hi, Mahsa,

There is a firewall preventing you from downloading files from ConnectomeDB. 
You may need to talk to your institution's IT staff to change the firewall 
settings. Your computer will need access to aspera1.humanconnectome.org:922/tcp 
, aspera1.humanconnectome.org:33001/udp, and possibly UDP ports 33002, 33003, … 
if you have concurrent downloads (which is not common).
