Please install the HCP version of the gradient distortion correction code:
Tim, this error probably should be added to the FAQ as it is coming up a lot. Also, perhaps the pipelines could be tweaked to produce a more descriptive error message.

It appears to be reading the .grad file successfully, and writes out the trilinear.nii.gz file. It then crashes because
it is missing the subjectID/taskname/GradientDistortionUnwarp/fullWarp_abs file. What is that file and why would it be missing?
