Hi Estrid, Family structure has not been taken into account for the R468 rfMRI connectivity or R440 structural datasets. That is why we were sure to label them with the R, so that users would be reminded that these groups do contain some twin pairs and siblings that may share some features. As the number of subjects used in the group analyses increases (e.g within a group of ~450), the effects of having several family groups of 2-3 related individuals become smaller on the group as an average. That being said, we haven't provided an unrelated connectivity and structural dataset for U100 mainly because of the extra effort it would take in the face of the many other HCP priorities.
