hello dear experts I usually used DiffusionToolkit/Trackvis to run deterministic tractography. Because FSL's bedpostx is too long run-time, it's not use often. so l am running DiffusionToolkit on the Human connectome project data. but the result(track) is not good. When reconstruct image, I use preprocessing bval/bvec. can it be problem? should I can use unprocessing bval/bvec? can someone provide some guidance on how to run HARDI data?
