Hi Ho,

Mike is correct. Here is the information we provide in the HCP Data
Reference Manual:

“The gradient unwarping code is available at
https://github.com/ksubramz/gradunwarp/blob/master/Readme.md (Jovicich
<http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1053811905007299> et
al., 2006). The gradient field nonlinearity coefficients for the Connectome
Skyra are considered by Siemens to be proprietary information. To request
access to these coefficients, please contact your Siemens collaboration
manager or email Dingxin Wang at [email protected].”

Others have successfully obtained the coefficients by writing Dr. Wang, so
I would do that. As Mike says, it would be nice if you reported back your
experience to the list after you do this.

Best,

Jenn

coefficient file)

Hi,

Please reply to the list for the benefit of others.

Siemen's doesn't allow us to directly distribute the gradient coefficient
file. The release documentation includes a contact at Siemens that you can
request the file from. Be sure he knows that you are requesting the file
for the SC72 gradient in the Connectom scanner at WashU. I'm not sure what
this process entails, or if Siemen's requires individuals to sign some sort
of agreement first. Please report back to the list on your experience.

That said, why not just use the preprocessed dMRI that HCP already
provides, which already includes all the corrections that you listed
(gradient nonlinearity, topup, and eddy current correction)?

cheers,

-MH

Hi, Michael Harms

This is HCP data(HCP Skyra)

Becaues HCP data be provided at nifti format, I don't have dicom file.

Hi,

Is this HCP data, or data collected on a different Siemens scanner?

Hello dear experts,

I try to DiffusionMRI pipeline using unprocessed dMRI data.

I run to topup, eddy and then perform gradient nonlinearity distortion
correction.

but I don't know where Siemens gradient coefficient file is.

Cheers,

Ho
