Dear HCP team members, Thank you so much for replying back to me! Thank you Dr Glasser for your valuable inputs, it sure made the pre surfer analysis of lifespan data move ahead. I am using HCP pipelines version 3.4.0. It has stopped again now and says the following error after doing "Topup Field Map Generation and Gradient Unwarping". sinhas@tern9 [/home/xxx/sinhas] % cd /home/xxx/xxx/xxx/HCP_data/LS2001/T2w/T2wToT1wDistortionCorrectAndReg/T2w2T1w/ sinhas@tern9 [/home/xxx/xxx/xxx/HCP_data/LS2001/T2w/T2wToT1wDistortionCorrectAndReg/T2w2T1w] % ls T2w_reg_init.mat I am attaching the PreFreeSurferBatchline.sh and HCPPipeline.sh with the error log for your perusal. If only you would please let me know whether I need to do any other corrections to the scripts to make it run again. Also, will you please let me know if there are separate scripts for the analysis of lifespan data without the gradient distortion correction.
