Hello, I would appreciate if anyone can help me identify the atlas used in fMRI pipeline.
I believe FLIRT-FNIRT combination uses MNI152 nonlinear 6th generation (http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/ServicesAtlases/ICBM152NLin6) which has the dimensions: 193 x 229 x 193 HCP fMRI timeseries has the image dimensions: 91 x 109 x 91 I checked out the HCP documents and Neuroimage 80 papers and unfortunately could not find an explanation.
