Generally we concatenate after denoising (also need to remove the mean image first).   You’ll want to use the HCP training data for HCP’s lifespan data.  There is a script hcp_fix that you can use for this.   Peace, Matt. I don't know from where to start with the denoising. I have also downloaded standard data to train FIX. My FIX is in the directory /Users/Sampada/Downloads/fix1.06.  I will be very grateful if I can get to learn this technique of denoising.
