Hi everybody, I am trying to remove physiological noise using RETROICOR and data provided on "rfMRI_REST1_LR_Physio_log.txt" files for each subject. According to HCP tutorial the second column in these files corresponds to cardiac signal(pulse oximetry). If I plot the column, simple visual analysis shows that the average heart rate is 20 beats per minute for subjects (based on peak to peak distance). This is wierd! Am I doing something wrong or the second column is not the cardiac signal as noted in HCP documents? I am expecting to see something around 60 beats per minute.
