Dear HCP users, I am using the HCP500_parcellation_timeseries_netmats dataset.
For each parcellation (25, 50, 100, 200, 300) there is the melodic_IC_sum thumbnail corresponding to each partition. This images are named with numers: 0 .. 25 .. Could someone tell me if there is any particular name for these areas? and where can I find the corresponding names? Also, I have seen in previous emails that the threshold to generate these images is Z>6. Is that correct? There is any particular reason to use this value?
