Michael, Once again, thanks for pointing this problem out.
I have altered the following scripts in the Examples/Scripts directory so that the loop which is parsing command line options reports an error on unrecognized option specifications and exits from the script. They do not supply usage information as part of the error message though. * DiffusionPreprocessingBatch.7T.sh * DiffusionPreprocessingBatch.sh * FreeSurferPipelineBatch.sh * GenericfMRISurfaceProcessingPipelineBatch.7T.sh * GenericfMRISurfaceProcessingPipelineBatch.sh * GenericfMRIVolumeProcessingPipelineBatch.7T.sh * GenericfMRIVolumeProcessingPipelineBatch.sh * PostFreeSurferPipelineBatch.sh * PreFreeSurferPipelineBatch.sh * TaskfMRIAnalysisBatch.sh These changes are checked in and should make it into the next release.
