Yes, that should be fine. You'll probably want to use the "GDC" -- gradient distortion corrected -- version of the structurals that we supplied in the packages as your input structurals (and then turn off gradient distortion correction in the script).
Also, you can choose between using the T1 and T2 with Siemen's "Prescan Normalized" applied (which have "_Norm" in the file names), or those without Prescan Normalized applied (which have nothing additional in the file name). Using the ones *without* Prescan
Normalized applied would be analogous to what we are using in the Young Adult HCP dataset.

I am currently starting to pre-process the structural HCP lifespan data in order to get similar outputs to the main Young Adult HCP and I have one question: Is the pre-processing (with all required adaptations to my subjects) defined in the PreFreeSurferPipelineBatch.sh script enough or is there any additional step that needs to be performed prior to the main FreeSurferPipelineBatch.sh and PostFreeSurferPipelineBatch.sh?
I am mainly interested in the myelin maps that one can obtain and if their processing is similar to the one used in the main Young Adult HCP dataset.
Thank you very much in advance!
Best regards,
Luis Lacerda
