Hi, I wanted to take a poll if there is any ongoing interest from other researchers in using the Westgrid HPC clusters available. I have been working closely with the people down at the Orcinus and Bugaboo clusters and we are currently in the process of uploading the HCP data to Orcinus. Given that the data would be on the Westgrid cluster this makes it a great resource for collaboration.
At the moment I am also working on getting FSL and Freesurfer as an available module on both Orcinus and Bugaboo. The Parallel (GPU) cluster should also have FSL on it in the near future, for those interested in GPU accelerating any of the pipelines. I am expecting the data to be ready to be worked on in early or mid-September.
