Dear members
I am working on human connectome DWI data. I want to apply fsl probtrackx on
it, but in order to do that, i need to apply bedpostx first. I understand that
the bedpost operation requires approximately 15 hours for a 60-direction whole
brain data set of dimensions 128x128x70, at 2 mm isotropic resolution. Since
the connectome preprocessed DWI contain 288 volume for each subject ( (2 phase
encoding  *  45 direction *  3 b values) + (3 * 6 b0) )  it will take a much
longer time. Is there any way to reduce the time?or is it possible to use the
directions for just one b value?
I really appreciate any help you can provide
Regards
