Hi Ira, Just this week HCP completed subject visits and scanning on our final subjects (over 1200, yay!). We collect blood and/or saliva samples from subjects when they come to visit. For consistency, we are doing the sample preparation and genotyping on all 1200 subjects all in one batch, starting this month. We expect the entire process plus getting the data ready for deposit in dbGaP will take about 5-6 months, so look for the data to come out in early spring 2016. We have not fully settled on whether we will be distributing genotyping data in any other way than dbGaP, but it is looking unlikely that we will.
