Dear all, I was wondering what are the BIAS_32CH and BIAS_BC files used for. From the manual I have inferred those are "Bias receive and Bias transmit scans", but I could not find where are they used in preprocessing pipelines (B1 bias maps are calculated from T1w and T2w images: https://github.com/Washington-University/Pipelines/blob/96cbf06b2b1892d709671fb70a46e1e01d9a2788/PreFreeSurfer/PreFreeSurferPipeline.sh#L601). Could you shed some light on the nature and purpose of those files?
