Hello again,

I have a question about the warp fields that are produced by topup. Can you
please tell me how they relate to regular field maps, especially in terms of
the difference in volumes (3 vs. 1)? In addition, has there been any testing
done to see how the two types of distortion correction compare. Lastly, when I
use the hidden --dfout option in topup, I get several warpfields as outputs.
Can you please give me a sense of what they correspond to, and how to know
which is the correct one to use in the following line of code from the
distortion correction script:

${FSLDIR}/bin/applywarp --rel --interp=spline -i ${ScoutInputName} -r
${ScoutInputName} -w ${WD}/WarpField.nii.gz -o
${WD}/${ScoutInputFile}_undistorted

Thanks for the help!

Best,

Craig.
