Hello All, We're interested in the T1 Freesurfer cortical segmentation files on the 500 subject data set. I've looked at the Freesurfer output in the extended preprocessed data, and I've examined the pipeline it's gone through, however I'm having trouble finding any information on the quality of this data. Does anyone know if this data has been manually checked or validated in some way? Or, does anyone have manually corrected Freesurfer data for this set, and would there be any way we could access it?
