Hi folks, Is the MSM binary code (described in http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/MSM/UserGuide) the code we need to use the MSMSulc registration settings with the current HCP pipeline releases? The FSL page looks updated a month or two back and describes the tool as if it's available. But we're running FSL 5.0.8 and it doesn't include it (nor do the FSL release notes for 5.0.9 minor upgrades list it). Is this available?
