Hi, I am currently trying to acquire the latest release of HCP subjects as of December 2015. I am using Aspera connect and started the download before the holidays.
The download has not completed and failed with error code 34 on subject 100206. Any insights as to ensuring the data transfers properly? I am currently trying to restart the download. It seems I have acquired ~100 participants over the holidays (by rough calculation of zips acquired).
