Dear Professor : I am very new to connectome Workbench (Just went through the tutorial ) , I am interested in analyzing structural & functional and effective connectivity between Visual system and M5 neurons , I have resting state fMRI data from 20 subjects, i have performed structural connectivity and functional analysis through MIBCA toolbox http://www.mibca.com/, and i would like to establish same methods on Workbench .
I have gone through the course work (HCP course June 8-12 ) mentioned here http://www.humanconnectome.org/courses/2015/exploring-the-human-connectome.php.If possible could you please let me know if you have video tutorials for the same slides presented in the course work. Also if you have any further course work which offers detailed description of structural ,functional and effective connectivity analysis on workbench kindly please let me know.
