Hi,
Every rfMRI run has a “Movement_RelativeRMS_mean.txt” file containing the average of the frame-to-frame across the run.
Average those across the runs for each subject and you’ll get the “motion summary” value that was used for the CCA analysis.
cheers,
-MH

I was wondering if HCP S900 offers "RS-fMRI motion summary" of subjects? By RS-fMRI motion summary I mean what the http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/analysis/HCP-CCA/ offers for S500.
Thanks,
Soroosh
