Hi Xiangzhen, You will have to gain access to the Restricted Data (http://www.humanconnectome.org/data/data-use-terms/restricted-access.html), by filling in the 'Restricted Data Application' and sending it to the person in charge. Afterwards, you will be able to identify twin pairs by the Mother and Father ID in the restricted behavioural data spreadsheet.
