Thank you Michael and Donna,
I'm kind of suprised to be running into this error as I've successfully
run HCP on >70 participants so far, and only now I am getting the error.
Perhaps I should say that I installed Freesurfer version 6 (development
version) alongside it once, but all the paths were kept to point to the
old version.
Could that still have caused a problem?
Best wishes,
Barbara

If running recon-all directly worked fine, that then suggests that
something isn’t set up correctly in your environment when you go to
run the HCP Pipeline scripts.

Hi Barbara,
It looks like there was a problem with a runtime library Freesurfer
needs. Have a look at this similar issue:
https://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg40092.html
I'd report your issue to the Freesurfer mailing list:
https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FreeSurferSupport
Hopefully there is a fix that won't be too painful.
Donna

*Subject:* [SPAM] [HCP-Users] ERROR: mpr2mni305 failed in
FreesurferPipelineBatch.sh
Dear HCP experts,
I am running freesurfer-Darwin-lion-stable-pub-v5.3.0 on MAC 10.10.5.
Could you please help me with this error message? I think it relates
to the library, this is what it states in talairach_avi.log.
Running recon-all directly worked, but after that I am missing some
files that are needed in PostFreesurferPipelineBatch.sh
But I am unsure how to solve this issue.
Any help is greatly appreciated,
Thank you very much,
Barbara
