Hi folks,

I'm trying to use aspera on linux, Firefox 45.0.1 'Mozilla Firefox for
Ubuntu Canonical - 1.0'. It launches just fine, the transfer commences,
but then always fails. I tried suggestions from the docs, of adding
aspera1.humanconnectome.org to the 'Always Trusted' list but this didn't
help.

The SCP transfer log says

while the connect log says

The error message I get in the GUI is "FASP process failed to initialize.
(Code 1003)". I'm inferring that highlighted message is the key one.

I should note that I am *not* behind a firewall, and I've ruled out any
quota issues.

Thanks for any advice!

-Tom
