Hi folks, I'm trying to use aspera on linux, Firefox 45.0.1 'Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu Canonical - 1.0'. It launches just fine, the transfer commences, but then always fails. I tried suggestions from the docs, of adding aspera1.humanconnectome.org to the 'Always Trusted' list but this didn't help.
The SCP transfer log says 2016-06-08 05:45:59 [4fa4-bed07700] LOG Aspera Connect version 3.6.2.117442 2016-06-08 05:45:59 [4fa4-bed07700] LOG Alternate log directory: "/home/essicd/.aspera/connect/var/log" 2016-06-08 05:45:59 [4fa4-bed07700] LOG Configuration: using v2 configuration file "/home/essicd/.aspera/connect/etc/aspera.conf", user - while the connect log says 2016-06-08 05:45:59 [4517-42d8e780] LOG INFO: Starting transfer: f76af72b-3c6a-4b9b-a2bc-e24e19cd3a5a 2016-06-08 05:45:59 [4517-42d8e780] LOG INFO: Using Host settings: { aspera1.humanconnectome.org: allow } 2016-06-08 05:45:59 [4517-42d8e780] LOG INFO: Using Cached credentials: 2016-06-08 05:45:59 [4517-42d8e780] LOG INFO: Priority: 2 2016-06-08 05:45:59 [4517-42d8e780] LOG INFO: Retry enabled. (Code 1003)". I'm inferring that highlighted message is the key one. I should note that I am *not* behind a firewall, and I've ruled out any quota issues.
