For the user experiencing a crash during image capture on Linux:

There are a couple of things you can try:
* The (File Menu —-> Preferences) Preferences Dialog’s OpenGL tab contains a 
selection for “Image Capture Method”.  Change the selection for image capture 
and see if wb_view still crashes.
* We distribute two Linux versions, one compiled on Unbuntu/Debian and the 
other on RedHat/CentOS.  You could try the other distribution.
