Dear HCP experts, I'm trying to convert/project CIFTI label file (dlabel.nii - one file per hemisphere) to a 3D NIDTI volume. I found a Freesurfer tool that can do it for Freesurfer style label files (but not CIFTI). I also found a wb_command -label-to-volume-mapping but it seems to expect a gifti label file no a CIFTI label file. I could not find a way how to convert CIFTI label file to a gifti label file or how to directly project CIFTI label file to a volume. I'm probably missing something obvious - I would appreciate all and any help.
