You don't need to modify the pipelines to handle 1mm data. Generally
upsampling does not create highres information.

Peace,

Matt.

Subject: [HCP-Users] Structural data 1mm vs 0.7mm

Dear HCP community,

Our structural data (T1w and T2w) is acquired at 1 mm isotropic. I modified the
FreeSurferPipeline.sh script so that the downsampling step is bypassed and the
original image is fed directly to FS.

My question is, I wonder if performing upsampling to 0.7 mm and using this
upsampled data as input in the 'hires' steps could be useful to fine tune the
segmentation. Has anyone tried that before?

Thanks,
JF
