I am wanting to use to new HCP parcellation uploaded to BALSA for MEG source localisation, using the 4k mesh. I am able to down-sample my subject's cortical meshes (in fs_LR space) from 32k to 4k using web_command -surface resample. However I am having trouble relating this to the 32k HCP atlas - is there a way to downsample the atlas (from 32k to 4k); or determine which vertices in the subject's 4k mesh correspond to the 32k atlas version?
