Hi Alex,

I think it should be fine to use the more recent publicly released version of
melodic and ICA+FIX.

Peace,

Matt.

Subject: [HCP-Users] Running IcaFixProcessingBatch.sh w/ modified melodic?

Hi all,
The current github repo refers to a 3.14a version of melodic instead of the
stock fsl version. I don't see that this is part of any released files though.

Can you share some of the details regarding why this was needed, and/or whether
we should be using the original or your modified melodic for ICA-FIX for rfMRI
analysis?

-Alex
