Hi Alex, I think it should be fine to use the more recent publicly released version of melodic and ICA+FIX.
Peace, Matt. Hi all, The current github repo refers to a 3.14a version of melodic instead of the stock fsl version. I don't see that this is part of any released files though. Can you share some of the details regarding why this was needed, and/or whether we should be using the original or your modified melodic for ICA-FIX for rfMRI analysis? -Alex ---------------------------------------------------------------- Alexander Li Cohen, M.D., Ph.D. E-mail: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> (Medical/Science Email) E-mail: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> (Lifetime Email) ---------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users ________________________________ The materials in this message are private and may contain Protected Healthcare Information or other information of a sensitive nature.
