Hi,
Say I have a positive encoded DWI A, and a negative encoded DWI B,
with different lengths and with B0’s interspersed as follows:
dwi A:
B0 x x B0 x x x x B0
dwi B:
b0 x x x
My question is, will the combined B0 image (Pos_Neg_B0.nii.gz) look like this
B0 B0 b0
i.e. Can there be a different number of B0’s contributed from each phase
encoded direction?
