Thank you both. I am using palm (from palm-alpha98.tar.gz) for group level analyses (i.e. 1 cope file per person). When I run the following command, I get the error below:
palm $COPE_INPUTS -d $LevelThreeFEATDir/design.mat -t $LevelThreeFEATDir/design.con -fdr -T -ise The number of rows in the design matrix does not match the number of observations in the data. - Rows in the matrix: 41 - Observations in the data: 91282 When I run it with the option -evperdat I get the error: Index exceeds matrix dimensions. There are 41 inputs and 41 under NumPoints, so I do not understand this error When I convert to dscalar.nii files, I get the same errors exactly. Do you have any advice for how to make this work? Or are there examples of palm with cifti files I could use for reference? PALM is not currently able to conduct “lower-level” timeseries analyses. You currently need to use the HCP task fMRI pipelines for that. If you are attempting group analyses, it might be helpful to know the error messages that you are receiving.
