Hi HCP experts - I was wondering whether I could reprocess an old study using the HCP pipelines or parts of them. I have task, resting, HARDI and field maps, but don’t have a T2w anatomical image. I would like to get CIFTI files and do the best possible registration of them. Could you please advise me on whether this makes any sense, and how I might do this? Thanks, Sally
