The claustrum is currently not included in the grayordinates space because
FreeSurfer does not automatically segment it in individual subjects. This will
hopefully change in the future.

Subject: [HCP-Users] A question about identifying a small subcortical region
using Connectome Workbench

Dear HCP experts,

I have a question about how to identify grayordinates belong to the claustrum.
Is there a way to draw a mask in subcortical grayordinates in Connectome
Workbench? Or, are there any other ways to do so with a better accuracy? Thank
