I would recommend using the ribbon constrained approach with white and pial
surfaces.

Peace,

Matt.

Subject: [HCP-Users] MMP1.0 surface label ROIs in a subject T1w space

Hi all,

I need to see the MMP1.0 ROIs in volume format on subject T1w native space.
I am using following command to convert surface ROIs to volume ROIs in a
subject T1w space:

wb_command -label-to-volume-mapping <label> <surface> <volume> <output>
-nearest-vertex x

I use following arguments:

<label> = {Subject}/T1w/fsaverage_LR32k/$<surf.gii>

The {surf.gii} is generated by "wb_command -cifti-separate" and corresponding
subject dlabel.nii file.

<surface> =
{Subject}/T1w/fsaverage_LR32k/{Subject}.L.midthickness_MSMAll.32k_fs_LR.surf.gii

<volume> = {Subject}/T1w/T1w_acpc_dc.nii.gz

Any idea if I am using a right combination of input files and settings?

Thanks,

Kamal Shadi
