Hello, I am wanting to merge two volume files using the Workbench command -volume-merge. The two files contain parcellation masks for the left and right hemispheres, respectively. When I use this command, the output file appears identical to the first input file, whether it be the left hemisphere file or the right hemisphere file. I am entering the following into the command line:
wb_command -volume-merge 1000326_GlasserParc.nii -volume 1000326_GlasserParcR.nii -volume 1000326_GlasserParcL.nii In this case, 1000326_GlasserParc.nii appears identical to 1000326_GlasserParcR.nii. Can you guys advise me as to why I am not seeing the second input file data in the output file?
