Dear experts, I am trying to get understanding of internals of mris_make_surfaces in order to attempt to adapt the HCP pipeline scripts for use in longitudinal stream.
May I ask, what is the difference between code of mris_make_surfaces in HCP version of FreeSurfer and standard FreeSurfer 5.3.0 version? What is the specificity of HCP version? Is it possible to get the source codes of mris_make_surfaces.c (and potentially of other related sources, such as mrisurf.c) of HCP version of FreeSurfer?
