Howdy HCP folks, Our team has been seeking to train the ICA+FIX classifier on some of our own HCP-compliant data, but we were unable to properly install Melview<http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/Melview>, even with the help of our local sysadmin.
I decided to write a version of it in R so that we could more quickly do the classification of components. My supervisor suggested I make it available for others to use in case they too had difficulty installing Melview. The R package (called melviewr) is located here<https://github.com/AndrewPoppe/melviewr>. Installation instructions can be found on that page. If anyone has any questions or suggestions, let me know!
