Great, thank you Mat.

ApplyXFM did not work but `applywarp` worked fine.

Looks like there are several MNI152 variants in the McGill
website<http://nist.mni.mcgill.ca/?page_id=714> (the most recent being called
"6th generation"). Is there a specific variabt used for the HCP piepline or
just the plain old one that comes with SPM/FSL/etc?

You should be able to draw these in standard space and use the --xfm and
--invxfm with
${StudyFolder}/${Subject}/MNINonLinear/xfms/acpc_dc2standard.nii.gz and
standard2acpc_dc.nii.gz which are FNIRT warp fields.

Subject: [HCP-Users] Moving manual ROIs between subjects

Hi all,

Thank you all for providing the data and supporting user's needs.

I am using volumetric ROIs (.nii.gz) to extract a specific white matter tract
from HCP. Given the nature of the tract I have to manually draw them, which
worked pretty well on a single subject. However, this is not optimal for 900
subjects. Is there a way to use transform the ROIs from a template space (or a
single subject's space) into the space of every HCP subject? I am hoping to
achieve this with the existing transformation matrices, without needing to
register each subject with volumetric software (i.e., ANTs).

Any help is appreciated.

Dorian
