Hi Bo Yong,

Attached is the 7T Retinotopy protocol off the scanner and here is a summary of
scan parameters:

[cid:2ad53be7-ec12-4d0f-bf19-c6ddc70c7353]

The stimulus size/diameter was 16.0 deg for HCP 7T, which is especially
important for the retinotopy data. This is calculated from these measurements:
101.5cm eye to screen, 28.5 for stimulus diameter
which means

>> atan(28.5/2/101.5)/pi*180*2
ans =
          15.9835095188501 = 16 degrees

The retinotopy stimulus files are available here:

Hopefully this gets you most of the information that you need. Please let me
know what other info you need and I or Keith will dig it up.

Best,

Jenn

Subject: [HCP-Users] 7T retinotopy MRI scanning sequence

To HCP users.

Hello, every HCP users.

I am wondering where can I find detailed scanning parameters such as visual
angle of eccentricity or polar angle, checkerboard segments, number of volumes
and scanning duration etc.

The data were released in the Connectome DB, but I cannot find any information
about scanning sequences.

Anyone knows about it?

Sincerely,

Bo-yong Park.
